Deliverables
This report will collect data from EOSC ecosystem stakeholders, which serve as a basis for evaluating progress towards EOSC objectives through periodic monitoring of delivered KPIs and contributions to the AAP. The report will also include a revision of the KPI framework.
Selection of KPIs to be reported by HE projects (opens in new window)The initial set of KPIs to be reported by the EOSC Partnership includes 53 items, not all of which will be relevant for HE Projects. The project will monitor the KPIs reported by the HE Projects to the EC and, based on that, in order to avoid any overlapping of reporting, will select a limited set of most relevant indicators for monitoring the development of the EOSC ecosystem.
Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda (SRIA) update (opens in new window)The multi-annual SRIA update will provide the basis for the development of co-operation under the EOSC Partnership, and for defining annual priorities in line with the Strategic Plan for Horizon Europe.
Annual report published by the EOSC-A & monitoring framework revision (third release) (opens in new window)This report will collect data from EOSC ecosystem stakeholders, which serve as a basis for evaluating progress towards EOSC objectives through periodic monitoring of delivered KPIs and contributions to the AAP. Data Management Plan (opens in new window)The DMP will explain how EOSC Focus will handle data in its operations in a secure, GDPR-compliant and FAIR way.

Resourcing models (opens in new window)Report providing an overview of suitable models for cost-estimation, funding and pricing of the development and operation of OS service provision, that contribute to long-term service availability. This will also include early results on the contributions of the MS/ACs and national EOSC structures to EOSC, and on improvement to RoP to support sustainability.
Project Quality and Risk Management Plan (opens in new window)This document will define the framework and mechanisms to ensure that the objectives of the project are met.
Sustainability status and plans/issues for future work (opens in new window)A handover plan to build in sustainability after the end of the current project, with sections on each of the WP5 tasks. To include a plan for (i) RoP evolution and monitoring, (ii) best practices for collaboration on OS service provisioning in an expanding ecosystem, (iii) an overview of relevant resourcing models, and (iv) support for public bodies in advancing collaboration towards a global interoperability framework and an Open Science Commons.
