They will serve the purpose of reflecting the status of the project and to support the presentations at events and the individual meetings carried out. Digital newsletters: developed and sent by email, according to the needs of different stakeholders. They will also be publicised through companies and project webpages to have a further visibility. In addition, the project can be promoted in other partners’ newsletters such as ANEFActualidad or EUInsight. Promotional video: short video presenting the project and explaining its main goals and future results. Uploaded to the project website and published in other social media. During the project, 5 more videos created explaining the different results achieved"". (T7.2)."

Data Management Plan - DMP (1/2) (opens in new window)

1st iteration of Consortium’s plan -incrementally developed- on the handling of research data during and after the end of the project: what data is collected, processed and/or generated, which methodology and standards are applied, whether data is to be shared or made open access and how data is curated and preserved. (T9.4)

Protocols to cooperate with RMIS & EURMKB (opens in new window)

This deliverable will define the mechanism to provide/share the project´s outcomes to RMIS and EURMKB.It shall detail the protocol of cooperation with the European Commission’s Joint Research Center (JRC) as the center in charge of the RMIS development and maintenance, taking into account, that the availability, consistency, and longevity of EURMKB data and analyses, are facilitated by RMIS. The cooperation protocol will establish the procedure to be followed.(T8.4)

Communication with policy makers and evaluation (1/3) (opens in new window)

Report including the main conclusions derived from the interaction with policy makers. (minutes of the meeting will be included).(T8.3)

Clustering plan (opens in new window)

This deliverable will address three specific points: strategic analysis, strategic formulation, and strategy deployment. It will be defined for a temporary period of 4 years, grouping the strategic challenges in strategic lines. These lines will determine the concrete objectives on which the action and resources will be focused in order to achieve the challenges. Indicators appropriate to the complexity and multi-causality of the challenges will be selected to measure the achievements. The strategy deployment will include an action plan, the alignment of actions and challenges, and a roadmap that chronologically orders the actions. Control and monitoring will be carried out with the definition of KPIs (between 12 and 24). The KPIs will permit to know the effectiveness of the defined strategy, according to the degree of the execution of the actions and the achievement of the proposed objectives. (T8.4)

Solutions for common mineral processes report (1/2) (opens in new window)

This deliverable will detail the solutions developed for sustainable, safe and efficient extraction and treatment processes for energy, resources efficiency, emissions & pollution reduction and biodiversity management, rehabilitation and visual impacts reduction for the first 18 months of the project. These solutions will form the basis of the environmental risk prediction and management software module included in the environmental platform (M18). (T3.4)

Social communication and participation strategy (opens in new window)

This deliverable will define the communication and participation strategy that the project will follow to contact and stablish a continuous and bi-directional communication channel with local stakeholders. The deliverable will detail the main communication tools to be used, messages, a preliminary schedule for participation activities with local stakeholders and a set of indicators to evaluate the efficiency of the communication and participation strategy. (T8.1)

Requirements for the future (essential & CRM) projects integrated in the FPSC (opens in new window)

This report will define the Requirements for the future (essential & CRM) projects integrated in the FPSC (T1.5) based on a preliminary survey and targeted individual meetings with a selection of partners, for the identification of their technological needs, social challenges, legal barriers, potential to reduce their environmental footprint and circularity challenges, priorities and proposed solutions & actions. This will allow to integrate individual inputs into the global strategy of the project.

Communication with policy makers & public bodies (opens in new window)

Report based on fair and transparent communication requirements:1) environmental & circularity legal requirements applicable to M&Q: EU requirements will be taken as a reference. National, regional and local requirements will only be considered for each pilot site. ROTATE will establish threshold values for each site as reference for the indicators; 2) indicators, trends and levels in each one: based on standards UNE 22480:2019 Sustainable M&Q- mineral processing- metallurgy management system. Requirements, and UNE 22470:2019 Indicators, the development of an EU standard will be proposed. EU Principles for sustainable RM approved in 2021 by DG Grow will be used as reference for ethics and transparency (T5.7).

ROTATE's website (opens in new window)

Official web page of the project, including description of the WP, leader role, partners, outputs, deliverables and actual updates (T7.2).
