Deliverables
This deliverable contains the first 3 practice abstracts submitted to EIP-AGRI.
Training and e-learning plan (opens in new window)Report containing the plan on the content of the trainings and e-learnings that will be developed to provide the key target groups with information that is based on the project outcomes and fits their specific needs.
Identification of challenges faced by policymakers (opens in new window)Report about the challenges identified by the policymakers. This report includes the results of the online survey performed at M10 from a wide range of policymakers (approx. 200) on the challenges posed by transparency objectives and of the discussions with the policymakers during the workshop organized at M17 within Task 9.3.
Plan for synergistic work of food safety pilots (opens in new window)An initial integrated programme of work will be produced which will clearly identify each beneficiary's contribution and delivery schedule required to deliver the WP4 work programme.
First version of the approach for overcoming cross-cutting challenges (opens in new window)The first version of the approach for overcoming cross-cutting challenges will focus on listing the existing technologies and methodologies to meet the requirements and overcome the challenges described in D3.1. The initial list will be broad. In subsequent reports, we will further refine it and establish the appropriate context for applying the different technologies and methodologies.
Validation of the semantic framework by pilots (opens in new window)This report will present the results of the validation of the semantic framework. For this evaluation, information will be gathered from the TITAN beneficiaries involved in the pilots on the basis of user stories, amongst others. The results will be analyzed and used to further refine to the framework.
Review of transparency solutions for healthy, sustainable, and safe food systems in existing policy (opens in new window)A desk-based review of policy documents will be conducted to examine how visions for transparency align from policy, technological and organizational perspectives. Additionally this report will integrate the outcome of the 1st round of focus groups described in T7.2. A report will be produced at M9 to drive subsequent tasks of the project.
Requirements and cross-cutting challenges for digital transparency (opens in new window)This report will provide insight into the different requirements and cross-cutting challenges for the technologies creating transparency. Data will be gathered in the focus groups and during interviews. This data will then be systematically analysed to get insight into the context. The report will contain a BPMN model of the supply chains and interaction between their systems as well as an extensive description of context-dependent requirements and cross-cutting challenges in these supply chains.
Communication and Dissemination toolkit, containing Strategy Plan, Project branding and identity, website (opens in new window)Communication and dissemination toolkit, containing Communication and Dissemination Strategy Plan (CDSP), Project Branding, Visual Identity and Communication Supports: production of the project logo, supporting communication materials (PowerPoint , flyers, newsletter templates), website and social media tools. The project Website will include information about the project framework, description of the technology, events and contacts for public communications.
Stakeholder typology and norm strategies to cope with transparency claims (opens in new window)A typology of the primary and secondary stakeholders with transparency claims and norm strategies is delivered. This typology provides a tool for agri-food SMEs and will contribute to measures developed in WP8 and WP9. This typology provides a tool for agri-food SMEs to cope with stakeholder interests successfully whilst making technological progress towards greater digital transparency. In WP8 this information will feed into exploitation and business planning (T8.3) and in WP9 this information will feed into communication and dissemination (T9.5 and T9.6) and is important material or training programs (T9.7).
Plan for synergistic work of health pilots (opens in new window)An initial integrated programme of work will be produced which will clearly identify each partners contribution and delivery schedule required to deliver the WP6 work programme. If new devices are being developed, the report will, where relevant, report the progress of the system specifications, system development, sample preparation, system validation and results of the targeted samples.
TITAN Open Call Evaluation and Selection Report (opens in new window)Report with the information about submitted proposals, details about the evaluation procedure, details about the selection procedure, information about the selected proposals, members of the consortium, objectives, timelines, budget.
Plan for synergistic work of sustainability pilots (opens in new window)KPIs and their measurements’ method are defined in M6 to assess pilot progress on their results, modularity, flexibility and potential impact on food chain sustainability
State of the art of available semantic resources for supporting digital food chain (opens in new window)The report will describe the scope of the semantic resources needed for the food chain. The report will include the description of the evaluation of these resources and the criteria used, in particular on points such as their potential i) to formalize food chain concepts ii) to be aligned with other resources to constitute a coherent set for the food chain. In other words, their ability to link data from different user cases and these resources should allow actors to harmonize information exchanges and avoid ambiguities. The report will also describe what level of finesse the resources must have to be able to be adopted and taken in hand by users but also by software agents in order to efficiently support the digital food chain.
TITAN Open Call Guide (opens in new window)This deliverable comprises the information needed for the applicants to apply for the TITAN Open Call: including the Open Call text with objectives, scope and timeline of the Open Call as well as details on eligibility and evaluation criteria.
