D2.1 Summary of data collection on TSL predecessorsThis Deliverable will include a database of projects and structures that may be seen as precursors of SuperLabs in the EU and beyond to feed into the TRANSFORMER project as guiding knowledge and real world experience
D4.1 Super-Lab Roadmap - version 1This Deliverable will consist of a first version blueprint for a SuperLab Roadmap based on the intermediary results and learnings of the first 12 month of the TRANSFORMER project Lessons learned from the participating TSLs WP3 and beyond via a User Forum WP6 will be integrated into its development
D3.2 Definition of Transition Super-Lab use casesThis Deliverable will document the monitoring of TSLs partners on cocreation and codesign pilot use cases for their labs which will be implemented ensuring the application of the integrative open innovation process for the use case solutions demonstration
D5.1 Framework for Super-Labs Assessment - version 1This Deliverable will consist of a first draft version of the documentation protruding to the assessment framework that will define the methodologies techniques and success parameters for assessing operation of TSLs and achievement of expected impacts they will have to the community The development of the assessment framework focuses especially on the following points 1 planning for possible difficulties in the regions transition processes 2 defining a set of KPIs analysing assessment methodologies for the TSLs criterion assessments 3 implementing methodologies 4 reviewing and integrating results from the implementation phase and drawing useful conclusions on efficient operation of TSLs in the preselected regions of transition
D2.2 Quantitative mapping research reportThis Deliverable will include a mapping of EU regions and identify those that would benefit the most from the TRANSFORMER SuperLab approach which focuses especially on innovationleverage points at the intersection of sociotechnical regimes in regions
D1.1 Data Management PlanThe Data Management Plan to the granting authority in accordance with the Grant Agreement which summarises how the project will ensure open access to research data and will secure usage of personal data according to EU and national laws
D1.2 Project Management Plan - version 1The Project Management Plan summarises the overall management and internal reporting procedures ensuring close cooperation and integration of different WPs and project activities
D6.2 Communication and Dissemination Strategy and Plan - version 2This Deliverable will consist of the adjusted final strategy outlining the analysis of target audiences and their needs visual guidelines key messages and channels to reach them the Implementation Plan setting out communication activities workflows and establishing guidelines and templates for dissemination materials mapping of partner networks the Monitoring Plan including KPIs and mechanisms for evaluating impact and effectiveness of the proposed activities within WP6 The implementation will be done via the development and creation of visual and textual media content to be shared online on own and partner channels translating the complex technical content of TRANSFORMER TSLs solutions to formats suitable for a wider variety of stakeholders

The TRANSFORMER Hub will serve as the central communication channel for the project The online Hub will be developed to be accessible and approachable for all target groups and stakeholders easily searchable with automated translation with a combination of semiprivate under user login and public features eg About News space Publications Trainings combining the Virtual space and Connected Repository Stakeholder space and feed from the Knowledge Platform and its Tool Inventory WP4
This Deliverable will consist of a blueprint for a SuperLab Roadmap based on an iterative learning process Lessons learned from the participating TSLs WP3 and beyond via a User Forum WP6 will be integrated into its development A first version will be developed in month 12 a second version in month 24
