the document Quality Assurance and Risk Management Plan (QA&RMP) will cover all aspects related to technical quality of data produced and risk management of the project: - Risk assessment and monitoring; - Coordination of contingencies following CAPA technique (Corrective Action and Preventive Action);

Dissemination and Communication Results (opens in new window)

The report will describe the activities performed and the results of the developed Dissemination and Communication, a wide array of relevant activities will be designed and deployed. A chapter will include the description of the final dissemination event organised by WR. A chapter, written by A0, will describe the activity of the Green Portal (WP3), including the Feedback evaluations (feedback performed in WP1) on Green Portal regarding: •woman involvement on green portal and RES for (WP3) •awareness raising (WP3; WP6, with the support of WR)

The report will outline the outputs of the groups of the stakeholder joint initiative. Outputs will be assessed with a specific set of indicators.Initial and final version; the final version will include a chapter on actionable results from MML.

The report will describe the analysis performed to assess user segments to be addressed by the training courses, including current and expected skills, benchmark, training needs, quality of the courses and of the materials produced.

Stakeholder map and good practices (opens in new window)

The report the results of the stakeholder mapping to facilitate the development of our programmes for higher education (WP4) and vocation education and training (WP5): an targeted desk research to map the stakeholder community to identify key groups of players across the quadruple helix; then the description of the 30 semi-structured interviews

the report to describe the activities performed on the task:- the initial design for the initiative including the number of working groups to be established and the thematic focus of each one, while also developing a baseline operational model along with key performance indicators and selection criteria for their members- the organization of the Digital Co-Creation Workshop- the results of the workshop

Exploitation, IPR Management and Sustainability PlanA separated chapter of the in the Exploitation Plan final version will include the business plan elaborated for future expansion regarding VR platform Master and VET development maintenance The initial report will be updated at the end of the project

Quality label definition (opens in new window)

Report on the quality label specifications and its use: the label will give information on different evaluation categories, e.g. quality level (elementary, advanced, etc.), the type of users, reliability, communication etc through a radar chart; the information to be evaluated and how to evaluate them.

Dissemination and Communication Plan (opens in new window)

The Dissemination and Communication plan, follow a step-wise methodology to elaborate on what to disseminate, to whom, who and how, including:•development of the project identity (graphic elements and logo)•basic promotional package •structure of the web portal and social media; •communication and dissemination material (online and offline); •promotional video;the initial version will be updated at the end of the project

The report will describe the activities performed A separated chapter written by A0 will include the Feedback evaluations on appreciation of VR for VET by students and by RES companies (feedback performed in WP1)

Social impact monitoring methodology and assessment (opens in new window)

Report on social impact (positive or negative) of project’s interventions: higher education in WP4 and vocational training programmes in WP5, green portal in WP3, stakeholder joint initiative in WP2. The report will include the indicators for monitoring and assessing such impacts (e.g. benefits in skilling, reskilling and upskilling efforts, changes in awareness, interest, knowledge, attitudes, etc.)The initial report will be updated at the end of the project

Report on the first completed master cycle (opens in new window)

the report will describe the first completed master cycle it will include the feedback evaluations (from WP1, task T1.5) as separated chapter written by A0 to evaluate the appreciation of the use of VR for master by teachers and students

the document will describe the approved student learning content, assessment standards, teachers rules, responsibilities and expectations associated with the Master.

Training programmes, storyboards and materials (initial and final ver.) (opens in new window)

The report will describe training programmes, storyboards and material; the chapter describing the VR training material will be produced by METThe initial version will be updated at the end of the project

PMP and DMP (opens in new window)

Document of Project Management Plan (PMP) and Data Management Plan (DMP)The initial set up of simple rules for internal communication document filled and stored properly (where, how, who, title, version, revisions, use and storage etc.) will evolve in order to present the status of the project's reflections on data management. A final version of updated document will be produced and at least 1 revision will be done in the course of the project (one just before the end of the first reporting period).the PMP will include •Internal communications: Template for monthly electronic update (to be regularly filled by WPL). •Schedule management: GANTT; •Work Breakdown Structure (WBS): Project’s commitments: an Excel file evidencing all project’s milestone, outputs, deliverables and results, timelines and funds, in order to monitor the effective project progress; a schedule per task, responsible partner related subtasks, related deliverables, and dependencies on other tasks.•Financial and Resource management: Project’s cash flows: Excel file for monitoring budget structure and timeframe (cash flow and forecast expenditure); updated every 6 months by each partner. the DMP will describe what kind and how data will be collected, processed, maintained and shared during and after the end of the project; it provides tools/annexes that will be updated during project life, not generating a new version of PMP.A specific chapter will be dedicated to open access to research data.A specific chapter will be dedicated to Social, Ethical, Legal, Privacy issues identification and monitoring.
