Deliverables
Six course programmes, re-designed for on-site delivery. The course programmes will each outline the curriculum and the learning objectives for each re-designed course.
Programme of artistic and cultural activities (opens in new window)The programme consists of an agenda of artistic and cultural placemaking events, at the heart of which will be community engagement. The programme will include music performances, theatre, poetry slams, open mic sessions and other events. The events will take place at the school and at the venues of other social and cultural associations in the area (including public spaces and the future Cultuur&Campus location). The deliverable will be a booklet containing the first programme of activities, to be commenced at the start of the second year of the project. The programme will be updated every three months.
A report outlining the target groups, timelines and methodologies for conducting the action-based research on area needs.

A report narrating the journey of Cultuurcampus up until this stage, including the challenges and lessons learned. This will differ from the progress reports in that they will be targeted towards a broader, public audience. The purpose of these is to build a community around the Cultuurcampus and to inspire other partnerships across Europe to initiate their own Cultuurcampus.

Needs assessment plan and implementation (opens in new window)We will create a needs assessment plan and implementation The plan will provide a framework for monitoring and evaluation of area stakeholders their needs and indicate priority areas of attention and opportunity Building on an inventory of existing secondary contextual data sources and data eg available demographic health environment education cultural participation statistics on the area reports but also mapping the landscape of stakeholders and taking stock of the Rotterdam Area Profile we will identify areas requiring further monitoring eg identifying intersectional needs resource deficiencies or opportunities to be followed up via codesigned participatory research The deliverable will be an online report outlining the needs and opportunities in the neighbourhood
Campus Studio programme (opens in new window)We will create a campus Studio programme, which will be a programme of activities centering of questions of societal relevance to residents of Rotterdam South. The focus will be on bringing large societal challenges (climate crisis, resilience, health etc.) to a more human scale, making space for exchange of ideas, debate.The deliverable will be a booklet or report that outlines the first Campus Studio programme of activities. Revised every six months.
