The updated version of D5.4 defining our strategy and methodology with respect to innovation and IPR management. The report will include the final plans and provisions for paving and treading the way towards the post-project exploitation and sustainability of the project’s assets.
Dissemination and Communication Plan – final version (opens in new window)The updated version of D5.1 fine-tuning as appropriate the strategy, plan and actions undertaken under Task 5.1 with respect to dissemination and communication. The report will also present the results of the dissemination and communication activities of the project at the time as well as update, if necessary, the targets to be met by them for the remainder of the project.
Management and Quality Plan (opens in new window)Plan for scheduling and monitoring of project activities. This deliverable will be created in Task 6.1 and will include the planned quality insurance procedures including the peer review procedure of all deliverables, the project progress monitoring procedure, and the possible problem and risk mitigation planning, which is not covered by the GA or the CA.

Policy brief about barriers and opportunities for the transition from linear fossil-based to a circular bioeconomy (opens in new window)This first policy brief will list the barriers and opportunities for the transition toward a circular bio-based economy identified in T1.1, 1.2, and 3.1. The policy brief itself will be created in Task 4.4.

Literature review comparing impact assessment methodologies for linear fossil and circular bio-based economies (opens in new window)This deliverable will present the results from Task 1.4 by providing an overview of existing impact assessment methodologies and key ideas to be considered for shaping BIOTRANSFORM’s assessment package.
Transition roadmaps from linear fossil-based to a circular bioeconomy of our case-studies (opens in new window)Roadmaps with milestones and circular economy guides for each case-study region including rural-urban-industrial symbiosis schemes presented as guide / action plan. This deliverable will be a result of Task 3.3.
Methodology on governance and financing means for a transition from linear fossil-based to a circular bioeconomy (opens in new window)This report will consist of a practical guideline targeting regional authorities and listing key principles and recommendation for a regional governance toward a circular bio-based economy, as well as how to fund and finance this transition. It will include general recommendations and short presentations of actual practices identified in WP1, 2, and 3. Possible governance mechanisms will be backchecked with multi-project working groups in Task 4.1. The financing part will derive from Task 4.2 and the major descriptions of mechanisms and governance will be developed in Task 4.3.
Report on current status of development of EU regional circular bioeconomies (opens in new window)Baseline report on current circular bioeconomy, measurement indicators, assessment of technologies & solutions. The desk research and main information will be done in Task 1.2. The stakeholder interviews from Task 1.5 will also be considered.
A report produced under Task 6.2. The report will outline the data to be collected / generated during the project as well as the data management methodology and plan to be followed across their life cycle in order to ensure their sound and FAIR management.
Data Management Plan - final version (opens in new window)The updated and final version of the Data Management Plan. This final version will build upon and update D6.2 to reflect any newly identified data that were collected / generated during the project as well as any changes in data previously identified and/or the methodology and plans of BIOTRANSFORM for sound and FAIR data management.
This database will be compiled in Task 1.3 and will include >40 circular bioeconomy solutions, which are suitable for our pilot areas and sectors. For these entries, the Circular Cities & Regions Initiative (CCRI) will also be contacted to either directly use their templates and feed into the planned CCRI database and/or will be hosted by the BIOTRANSFORM project website in an easily understandable and structured format.
Easily understandable visualised guideline for a circular bioeconomy transition of regions developed in Task 3.4. This guideline will be designed as brochure.
