Deliverables

Monitoring of dissemination and communication 1 (opens in new window)

Status report of KPIs

Dissemination and communication plans 1 (opens in new window)

Plan for dissemination and communication strategies. The dissemination, exploitation and communication plan should be updated as necessary. The Clean Hydrogen JU may require the submission of an updated Dissemination, Exploitation and Communication Plan on an annual basis’.

Plan for supply of materials & components 1 (opens in new window)

Description of type, quantity, specifications, and schedule of delivery of samples

Plan for supply of materials & components 2 (opens in new window)

Description of type, quantity, specifications, and schedule of delivery of samples

Quality control plan (opens in new window)

Main principles of QC.

Public summary of technical report 1 (opens in new window)

Summary report from periodic reports highlighting key results of the project

Risk management plan (opens in new window)

Main tools and principles.

Definition of testing protocols (opens in new window)

Experimental protocols defined.

Inventory of CRM and components in FC and EL technologies (opens in new window)

Inventory including nature and amount per technology considering its TRL

Newsletters delivery 1 (opens in new window)

Information on project and progress to Fan Club

Annual data reporting 1 (opens in new window)

Quantitative and qualitative project data, visual material related to projects’ activities. For the purpose of monitoring technology progress against state-of-art, but also to identify how each of the projects contributes to the Clean Hydrogen JU targets, objectives and indicators described in the SRIA, supported projects shall report directly or indirectly on an annual basis (e.g via a secure online data collection platform) managed by the Clean Hydrogen Joint Undertaking throughout the duration of Horizon Europe. The projects will need to submit all information included the questionnaire(s), unless they request and receive an exception from the Programme Office. The information is submitted by default as public, but the projects can request for certain fields to be considered as “confidential” except for the fields that constitute or directly inform KPIs of the Clean Hydrogen JU

Public summary of technical report 2 (opens in new window)

Summary report from periodic reports highlighting key results of the project

Data Management Plan 1 (opens in new window)

Main guidelines for (re)-use and storage of project's data. The DMP will be updated regularly as necessary.
