Deliverables
Data Management Plan is defined during the first 3 months of the project. This deliverable will introduce the methodology followed in the project to manage the data (reference definition, storage process, ...)
Report with circular battery use cases (opens in new window)Report presenting a variety of use cases where battery reverse logistics has been employed either on commercial or pilot scale. The use cases description will include information such as: stakeholders involved, types of circularity practices, economical and technical feasibility, identified barriers and most relevant features/parameters that need to be optimised.
Quality Management Plan (opens in new window)Tools for project management (governance, frequency of the meetings, Gannt chart, workbreakdown structure, deliverables process, templates...) and progress follow-up.
Communication, Dissemination & Exploitation plan (opens in new window)The CDE plan defines the strategy for communication, dissemination and exploitation activities of the project. The plan includes messages, communication channels, tools, and target audiences for outreach and succesful uptake of the project results.

The website will be regularly updated and at a later stage of the project will be connected with the Battery Data Space (D2.5).
BatteReverse visual identity kit (opens in new window)This deliverable provides the project corporate visual identity manual. Including logotype, fonts, graphic resources and templates that will be use throught the life spam of the project.
