Innovation & Business Creation
• Transitioned to a service-oriented model under the oneEITM reorganisation.
• Supported a significantly higher number of startups and attracted investments well beyond initial targets through Accelerate, Transform, BoostUp! and Venture Building programmes.
• Accelerate Call and Venture Building scaled considerably, driving strong co-investment and enabling multiple SAFE/equity agreements.
• Delivered dozens of innovations to market and created new startups via innovation calls, supported by thematic working groups on AI, Circular Economy, Net Zero Industry, and Industrial Metaverse.
• AGORA platform expanded its community and piloted commercial services for EU-funded projects.
Education
• Launched EITM Academy as a unified digital learning hub with e-commerce, certification, and blended formats; migrated hundreds of lessons into structured learning paths, including EIT Labelled tracks.
• Expanded EIT Label to non-degree programmes; Doctoral School achieved permanent Label status; one Master programme secured permanent Label, others under review.
• Learner participation and graduate numbers exceeded targets by a wide margin, supported by gender inclusion initiatives such as STRADA leadership programme.
RIS (Regional Innovation Scheme)
• Strengthened ecosystems through RIS Hubs, engaging thousands of stakeholders and supporting startups and innovations in local markets.
• Advanced policy alignment via MoUs and Best Practice Classes for public officials; launched RIS Women Leaders and inclusiveness programmes.
Coordination & Communication
• Implemented oneEITM transformation, new IT systems, and portfolio analysis processes.
• Organised hundreds of events, including flagship conferences and matchmaking activities; strengthened brand strategy and digital outreach.
Financial Sustainability
• Signed numerous FS agreements, and diversified revenue streams through education, commercial services, and alternative funding.
