Sales & Marketing Campaign

Periodic Reporting for period 1 - SMC (Sales & Marketing Campaign)

Reporting period: 2023-07-01 to 2024-12-31

EMM is at the forefront of developing cutting-edge smart payload solutions, focusing on satellite electronics and on-board processing systems. The company's first products, the Smart Processing Module (SPM) and Smart Power Supply (SPS), have successfully completed their initial product cycles, with the first hardware designs now available. These innovative products are integrated into a smart on-board computing solution tailored for NewSpace satellites, enabling them to operate high-performance payloads beyond the capabilities of current CubeSats.

The Smart Processing Module (SPM), an FPGA-based System-on-Module, offers exceptional processing power with data throughput in the Gbit/sec range, coupled with real-time processing. Its hybrid architecture of FPGAs and processors allows simultaneous parallel and serial data processing, achieving high efficiency with minimal power consumption. Built-in error correction coding and redundancy ensure system reliability, while customizable artificial intelligence applications further enhance its state-of-the-art capabilities.

To capitalize on the success of these advancements and establish a strong presence in the market, a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy is crucial. This will ensure that EMM’s innovations gain the visibility they deserve and reach key stakeholders in the NewSpace industry.

The Sales & Marketing Campaign (SMC) project is designed to support the next phase of product development by enhancing market awareness and driving adoption of EMM’s innovative solutions. The campaign will focus on:

1. Increasing Market Visibility: Through strategic communication channels, such as publications, social media engagement, and conference attendance, the campaign will ensure EMM’s products gain recognition within the satellite and NewSpace communities.

2. Showcasing Product Capabilities: By developing demonstrators and case studies, the campaign will provide tangible proof of the Smart Processing Module’s and Smart Power Supply’s capabilities, emphasizing their performance and reliability.

3. Strengthening Industry Relationships: Attendance and participation in key industry conferences and events will facilitate connections with potential partners, customers, and stakeholders.

4. Refining Business Strategy: Updating and refining the business plan will align the marketing efforts with overall strategic goals, ensuring sustained growth and market penetration.

5. Building Brand Reputation: Through consistent and impactful marketing activities, EMM aims to position itself as a leader in smart satellite payload solutions and a key player in the NewSpace industry.

By combining technological excellence with a targeted marketing approach, the Smart Marketing Campaign will accelerate EMM’s journey toward establishing a dominant position in the evolving satellite market.
