Citizen-Oriented Valorisation for Advancement, Learning and Uptake in Europe

Deliverables

Dissemination, Exploitation and Communication Plan (opens in new window)

A report including the definition of target groups, appropriate dissemination tools and messages, and a timetable of project dissemination and outreach milestones, including a description of events. An updated version will be provided in M22 after the RP1 review meeting.

Policy Brief RP1 (opens in new window)

The Policy Brief at each reporting period is an EC requirement. According to the EC template, the policy brief will include an introduction, evidence and analysis, policy implications and recommendations, the research parameters and the identification of the project.

Modular co-valorisation capacity building and peer learning program (opens in new window)

This report will include the CO-VALUE capacity building and peer learning programme composed of various training modules and peer-learning activities such as shadowing opportunities. The different training modules will include for example SMART objectives, curriculum development, resources, learning outcomes and co-assessment techniques. The modules will include face-to-face and online sessions.

CO-VALUE experimentation plans of action (opens in new window)

A report on the action plans for the implementation of the co-valorisation activities in Emilia Romagna and Alicante, listing the actions and steps needed to achieve the co-valorisation processess including the plans for co-assessment.

Self-assessment tool (opens in new window)

The self-assessment tool will support teams in understanding their co-valorisation institutional maturity and define ways to improve their current status. The different sections encourage an in-depth reflection on their present situation, as well as enablers and blockers, as the first step towards formulating co-valorisation plans.

Project handbook (opens in new window)

The Project handbook will provide the guidelines and directions for all the project partners concerning aspects such as management structures, project reporting, internal communication and other working practices.

Co-valorisation Canvas (opens in new window)

Canvas outlining CO-VALUE’s consensus on co-valorisation, review of existing materials and shared indicators of success that will support the vision of the project.

Field guides for co-valorisation experimentation (opens in new window)

The field guide describes the local Co-valorisation processes and includes practical guidance to support the adaptation of Co-valorisation approaches in the local experimentation sites. It will include an online 'development diary’ of the two sites and a short guidance document including agile and modular guidelines for co-valorisation agents.

Recommendations of incentives for co-valorisation uptake (opens in new window)

This report will include recommendations about the practical incentives to be implemented in each of the two local ecosystems in order to foster a stronger uptake of knowledge co-valorisation. The recommendations on the incentives will be tailored to specificities of the individual 4H stakeholder groups.

Data Management Plan (opens in new window)

The Data Management Plan is an EC requirement. The EC provides a template for Horizon Europe DMPs which includes the handling of research data during & after the end of the project, what data will be collected, processed and/or generated, which methodology & standards will be applied, whether data will be shared/made open access and, how data will be curated & preserved (including after the end of the project).
