Deliverables

State of the art literature report (opens in new window)

This deliverables will provide a state of the art review of the literature defining working definitions of all key concepts in HouseInc. We will review recent studies, projects and peer-review articles identifying research gaps and main questions of housing inequalities.

Communication, Dissemination and Exploitation Plan (CDEP, Version 1) (opens in new window)

With input and support from all partners, IEECP will develop a plan that will define the brand identity, KPIs, key target audiences as well as the best tools to reach them. In addition, it will include a draft exploitation strategy to prepare for maximizing the use of the project results.

Conceptual framework (opens in new window)

This deliverable will integrate the findings from WP2 into a holistic analytical framework identifying social, ecological and economical drivers and barriers of housing inequalities and conceptualizing interlinkages between drivers of housing inequalities and different dimensions of poverty and their effects on marginalized communities. The result is a refined and comprehensive framework that clearly defines the analytical foci of HouseInc.

Report on selection of datasets and indicators for selected countries (opens in new window)

The report will describe (a) selection of countries, (b) selection of datasets, and (c) selection of main indicators that will be used in order to analyze drivers and consequences of financial levels of housing inequality. The report will contain thorough explanation and justification of all selection procedures.

Smart meter data model for identification of energy poverty (opens in new window)

This deliverable compares different definitions of energy poverty. It then uses a case study of 12K UK homes with smart meter data to show how differences in energy poverty definitions would identify different occupants as energy poor and suggests novel way of detecting energy poverty by using smart meter data.

Project's ethical research guidelines (opens in new window)

This deliverable will describe the management of the ethical conditions and data protection regulations regarding the data collections taking place in HouseInc. Together with the partners' contributions, ISI will provide templates for the informed consent forms for research activities involving humans as well as the final data protection procedures for HouseInc. Where relevant, justification for the processing of sensitive personal data will be provided. The consortium will explain how all of the data they intend to process is relevant and limited to the purposes of the research project (in accordance with the ‘data minimisation ‘principle). A description of the technical and organisational measures that will be implemented to safeguard the rights and freedoms of the data subjects/research participants will be submitted.
