Objective
The technical objectives of the project are:
- Development of innovative concepts for integration of GALILEO Integrity and Augmentation within the Advanced Position Locators for trains applied to operation on low-density traffic lines;
- Identification of specific GALILEO local elements;
- Construction of demonstration applications within real train operation environment in two EU countries (Spain and UK);
- Development of specific evaluation tools capable to prove the contribution of GALILEO Integrity and of Qualifier to reach the requested performace and safety;
- Demonstration of the integration viability with an ERTMS/ETCS simulation platform.
