Third European Road Research Conference

Objective

The aim of ERRC3 is to provide a conference platform for the formulation of road research requirements, to establish effective links and synergies between research efforts, to engage a wide range of stakeholders and, ultimately, to support the realisation and strengthening of the European Research Area in the road transport field. Input will be presented from national research activities to ensure that diversity of approaches and needs across Europe are taken on board and reflected into European Research. P articular emphasis will be placed on research requirements in CEECs. The core activity will be to prepare and organise a European conference in 2005 that will provide a mechanism for greater cooperation involving a large base of stakeholders and support th e definition as well as the implementation of European Road Research.
