VALIDATION OF A HIGH-G INSTRUMENTATION SERVO ACCELEROMETER WITH HIGH RESOLUTION BASED ON BULK-MICROMACHINED SENSOR ELEMENTS FROM AUTOMOTIVE APPLICATIONS

Objective

In this project a key component for inertial measurement, attitude control and navigation systems, unavailable for the European industry, will be validated in production. Implemented as a microsensor +- 100g input servo accelerometer with high resolution and shock resistance is to be developed by evolution from mature capacitive silicon sensor technology proven in large volume open-loop automotive applications. In this project systems combined with switched-capacitor analog sensor electronics based on standard technology from the telecom and medical applications will be developed.

Fields of science (EuroSciVoc)

CORDIS classifies projects with EuroSciVoc, a multilingual taxonomy of fields of science, through a semi-automatic process based on NLP techniques. See: The European Science Vocabulary.
