Objective In this project a key component for inertial measurement, attitude control and navigation systems, unavailable for the European industry, will be validated in production. Implemented as a microsensor +- 100g input servo accelerometer with high resolution and shock resistance is to be developed by evolution from mature capacitive silicon sensor technology proven in large volume open-loop automotive applications. In this project systems combined with switched-capacitor analog sensor electronics based on standard technology from the telecom and medical applications will be developed.
