HIGH INTEGRATED MULTIGAS SENSOR

Objective

The project consists in the transfer of micro-technologies, to build up and validate a high integrated multigas sensor based on micro-system architecture. This sensor will be used to monitor the sources of different air pollutant gases. It will be driven through a modular Mother board. It will involve different methods of analysis, through micro-sensors, each of them working in parallel. Furthermore it will include an integrated signals processing unit
