NEW INTEGRATED LINE FOR PRODUCTION OF MILK ROUND LOLLIES WHICH IMPROVES PRODUCTION, WASTE REDUCTION AND PROTEIN CONSERVATION

Objective

The Project is about the creation of an integral line for the munufacturing of a milky-type spherical lolly. This line is made up for the following processes: boiling, forming and wrapping. It is intended to integrate a new technology which may bring about the improvement of the whole process.
