Secretarial support to the chair of EURAB 2005-2006

Objective

Grant to named recipient: Secretarial support to the chair of EURAB hosted by Wissenschaftszentrum (Vienna):
up to 100,000 SSA to be implemented in accordance with article 9.2a of the Rules for participation and dissemination of the 6th Framework Programme.

Administrative tasks (part-time) in support of Chair of EURAB:
- Taking care of incoming e-mails including printing out of attachments
- Answering e-mails, phone calls, and other correspondence in English, French and German
- Preparation of EURAB Meetings
- Reading, archiving and filing of documents
- Organizing contacts with Working Groups
- Internet search of documentation
- Research assistance in the preparation of lectures
- Assistance in updating of homepage
- Preparation of travel / accounting
- Photocopying of documents
