Best practice in the integration of manufacturing with marketing & sales


BEP-IiM will apply a managed step-wise approach for the integration of IT tools for business functions within SMEs. The first step will focus on the integration of different functions (different depending on SMEs requirements) within the marketing and sales functions. The methodology to be applied will include the stages of training, analysis, implementation planning and implementation phase and is based on the methodology to support SMEs in the introduction of IT tools which has already been effectively applied in the ESPRIT project DonQ-CIM (EP8883). Additionally, through the application of a network approach, each SME will improve business practice in the functions which are of the highest priority to them, but will also continue to contribute to and take on board the experiences of other SMEs.
