Final Report Summary - SHPEF (Stability and hyperbolicity of polynomials and entire functions)
This project is devoted to the theory, applications, and algorithms for zero localization of polynomials and entire functions. The project focuses in particular on two special classes of functions, stable and hyperbolic, which play crucial roles in diverse areas of mathematics. The findings of this project exhibit multiple connections of real and complex analysis with matrix theory, algebra, and combinatorics, and applications in physics, engineering, and computer science.
