Objective NAVOBSPLUS is a Specific Support Action aiming at enhancing the readiness of SME users and their customers to incorporate GMES information into their working methods and decision-making processes. NAVOBSPLUS will: expand the portfolio of GMES users (SMEs acting as GMES service providers and/or their potential customers); network such GMES users to factor out common needs and initiate economies of scale in service delivery. Relying on ESINET, a consortium of 15 organisations led by EBN, (European Business and Innovation Centre) will thus implement 5 intertwined support processes to complement their existing 100 SME network: Detect new regional SME service providers, away from GMES, but ready to use GMES core services Convince more customers to become clients of existing or new SME service providers.
