Transplantation Research Integration across Europe

Objective

The primary objectives of TRIE are:
1. To identify current opportunities and challenges in the field of transplantation research, focusing on themes common to cell and solid organ transplantation.
2. On this basis, to make suggestions regarding priority actions to be implemented in order to foster integration of research activities on themes common to cell and solid organ transplantation.

The methodology employed to achieve these objectives will focus on how to fill existing gaps in the field. Areas of interest common to cell and solid organ transplantation will be scrutinised by working groups, the findings of which will be presented to a high level Advisory Council composed of respected scientists, associations, patient groups and industry players in the transplantation field.

Fields of science (EuroSciVoc)

CORDIS classifies projects with EuroSciVoc, a multilingual taxonomy of fields of science, through a semi-automatic process based on NLP techniques. See: The European Science Vocabulary.
