Czech Innovation Relay Centre III

Objective

The main objective of the proposed project is to support specific services to clients in the region of the Czech Republic. The services are defined through the main goals of the project - especially support to the technology transfer and dissemination of technologically oriented innovative ideas, regardless their origin or author. Specific needs and limitations of clients resulting from the conditions of the region will be respected. Support to the exchange of technology offers and requests with clients o f the IRC partners as well as tailor-made solutions fully respecting the potential and needs of clients are considered to be the key services of the CIRC project. Stimulating the capacity of firms to adopt new technologies is then a closely related activi ty. Especially an independent view and assessment of the firms' potential to deal with the issues of implementing innovative ideas are of essential benefit to clients in this field. Suggested continuous utilisation of previous broad collaboration with gr eat pool of experts will bring better chances to serve clients efficiently. The whole complex of services to clients is completed with a potential assistance to clients in looking for optimal financing sources and protecting their property rights. Other se rvices consist in the dissemination of information on the results of research projects supported by the EC, e.g. EUREKA projects, European Space Agency. Clients are also assisted in joining existing projects or submitting new ones, and the natural coopera tion with a project supporting participation in the FP6 is pursued. Members of the CIRC group make an experienced team disposing of a detailed knowledge on technology transfers in various fields and on regional specifics of Czech enterprises. They will t herefore offer services of a high quality and with a clear beneficial impact on the innovation potential of Czech enterprises and organizations.
