Objective
The objective of ALPS IRC is to strengthen the technology relationship between local SMEs and abroad, fixing strategies and giving tools in order to achieve concrete and measurable results. ALPS will work on one hand in real core of the technology transf er activity, on the other hand developing complementary actions that will support the TTT exercise and the IRC network. The Consortium is composed by 4 Organisations, 2 of them located in Piemonte, one in Liguria, and one in Valle d'Aosta. Two of them ar e public Bodies, and two of them no profit private Organisations whose shares are held by public Bodies. The consortium will cover three regions of the north-western Italy, that is Piemonte, Liguria and Valle d'Aosta. Activities: Services to IRC Clients: * Promotion of European innovation (Inward TT services) and promotion of local innovation in Europe (Outward TT serv.) This line of activity will concern technology dissemination, carried out putting in place a number of different initiatives Subject of the technology transfer: technology offers/requests, EC-EUREKA-ESA RTD results Dissemination Tools: Participation in/Organisation of Brokerage events, Company missions, "Door to door" dissemination, Poster sessions during technical workshops, IRC Inte rnal database (BBS), Automatic matching tool, E-mail, Web pages, Use of Bulletins (e.g. Top Tech), News-papers A number of "Performance Indicators (PI)" will be set up in order to monitor and measure the obtained performances * Company visits + Technolog y audits * Organisation of Technical workshops * Signpost and coordinate with other National/European networks Services to IRC Network: * (e.g. Participation in thematic groups, staff exchange exercises, participation in IRC Secretariat Steering Group and other Groups (Financing and Benchmarking), TO/TR quality control, organisation of common events, exchange of good practices) Internal IRC Matters * Management + Co-ordination
