Objective
The main goal of the project is to elaborate a flexible programme that allows the increasing of the competitiveness of Kujawy-Pomorze Region's enterprises through the optimization of infrastructures and innovation regional policies. It will be achieved thr ough out: - creation of regional management structure, - identification existing resources devoted to innovation, -definition of the methodology of analysis and data treatment procedure, -analysis of particular data on suppliers,intermediaries and users of innovation, -benchmarking of regional innovation policies with partner regions, -elaboration of the regional innovation strategy, action plan and monitoring system, -establish contacts with further European regions, -public awareness raising for importanc e of innovation, establishing a communication and dissemination plan. The project will put a lot of emphasis on consensus building among regional actors on the objectives, actions and expected results of the project. Introducing of interregional and the E uropean dimension to the project partnership will result in the consolidation of European platform for benchmarking, exchange of experience and dissemination of good practices on research and innovation-related themes among regional actors in regions. In o rder to facilitate transfer of good practice is planned to establish contacts with further European regions. It is planned to create in the Kujawy-Pomorze Region the Regional Innovation Centre, which in the future will coordinate pro-innovation actions in the region, cooperating closely with Innovating Regions in Europe and particularly with the partner regions. It will make possible continuous transfer of experience between regions.
