Summary of the context and overall objectives of the project

The Action provided the necessary support to the Vice-Chairs of the European Research Council Scientific Council (ERC ScC) to achieve key milestones and deliverables of the ScC, as they were required in the first year of implementation under the Horizon 2020 framework programme.

Work performed from the beginning of the project to the end of the period covered by the report and main results achieved so far

The work consisted of five work packages: Scientific Strategy, Scientific Management and Monitoring, Communication and Dissemination, Preparation of ScC Meetings, Preparation of ERC Board Meetings.

Progress beyond the state of the art and expected potential impact (including the socio-economic impact and the wider societal implications of the project so far)

The impact of the project is to ensure an efficient and well-managed operation of the ERC ScC. By providing high-level local support for the Vice-Presidents, the project complemented the activities of and allowed continuous and efficient interfacing with the ERCEA.
