Final management report

The final management report will summarise the

Report on activities during the night

Deliverable will describe the various set of activties and their success rate (number of visitors they attracted) organised in all project venues during the nights. It will be accompined by photos taken during the events. PDF agendas will be incorporated in the Annexes.

Report on awareness campaign and samples of promotional material

Report will compile information on the awareness activities carried out in advance (online and offline by all parties regionally and locally) the events and during the whole project lifecycle.

Impact assessment and samples of questionnaires, enquiries

Report will describe the findings of the questionnaires and interviews carried out both in advance and during the nights. The English version of the surveys and samples of interviews will also be incorporated in the Annex.
