Integrated inventory of policies and measures, city typologies and impacts

It contains the interrelations among the four components based on the knowledge stipulated during the project duration it will be updated to include results from the NOVELOG WP5 Onsite implementation

Sustainable UFT solutions in the SUMP

It describes the steps related to UFT solutions incorporated in the SUMP of the NOVELOG city cases synthesis of 12 subreports for each of the city cases

Urban Freight and Service Transport in European Cities

It provides a retailed data collection and analysis of the condition of the UFT in the NOVELOG cities

Evaluation report on guidance strategy and business models

It presents the results from evaluating the applicability of the tested guidance and business models in the various NOVELOG city cases. This could be considered as a cross-comparison among the city cases.

Strategic Planning for Long Term Sustainability

The deliverable contains 12 strategic documents for city cases long term sustainability and for SUMPs development with reference to Air Quality Agreements and other administrative and strategic acts of the involved cities

Behavioural changes towards UFT policies and measures

It makes a report of the findings as regards the behavioural changes of the stakeholders after the implementation of the policies and measures

Evaluation of UFT policies and measures

The deliverable presents the outcome of the pilots and case studies implementation providing performance of each city case with focus on the environment comparative analysis of all city cases lessons learned and generalisation of findings to other cities and time horizons

Guidance Strategy on Business Model Development: the NOVELOG “Guidance” tool

The deliverable includes two parts a the guidance strategy b the tool and its manual of operation

Quality assurance framework

It includes and analysis of the actions to be followed for assuring the technical quality of the deliverables and other project outcomes

NOVELOG Outreach and take-up plan

It presents the plan for outreach and takeup activities that will be realized during the project and establish the roadmap towards takeup of NOVELOG outcomes beyond the project lifecycle

Take-up impact

The deliverable makes a report the take up of the project results into other cities, utilizing pre-defined measurements (e.g. number of cities per year entering into our network, etc.).

Urban freight and service scenarios

It presents current and future scenarios for the NOVELOG cities

UFT integration strategies and roadmap

The deliverable contains valuable knowledge and real-cases experience gained through the whole analysis made in the framework of NOVELOG project, on how to bridge the gap between urban mobility plans and urban freight planning.

City cases implementation

The deliverable includes an analysis and results from the 12 city test cases

Risk management manual

It describes the existing and potential technical administrative scientific financial managerial and pilotoriented risks and quote the tailored mitigationcontingency plans in order to address these risks

City Cases Implementation Planning

The deliverable describes the preparations and planning phase of the 12 test cases investigated in NOVELOG project

Impact assessment of UFT policies and measures

It describes the results from the implementation of impact assessment selected methodologies on the case studies after the implementation phase

Framework for Data, Information and Knowledge Collection for Urban Freight and Service Demand Understanding

It presents the framework which contains all the fields that accumulate knowledge and enable understanding of the UFT in a city

Outreach activities

This will be a living document It will be updated periodically during the project to describe the outreach activities performed It will include production and dissemination of the NOVELOG material organizing and evaluating training holding workshops organizing the NOVELOG conference and monitoring scientific contributions to journals and conferences etc

Business models for UFT solutions

It performs an analysis of the schemes that support development operation and support of the UFT policies and measures of the NOVELOG megaconcepts

Mid-implementation reporting

The deliverable contains the intermediate results from the 12 city cases implementation and workshops and tuning actions

Integrated Assessment framework for UFT solutions

It describes the structure the modules and the components of the integrated assessment framework that will be applied to the UFT solutions demonstrated within NOVELOG project

NOVELOG toolkit

The deliverable comprising two parts a the knowledge database and intelligence in the provided decisionsupport b the tool and its manual of operation

“Understanding Cities” Tool

It develops and analyses a computer aided module providing guidance to cities to synthesize influential factors and urban freight and service related data to develop their future scenarios

NOVELOG Toolkit update

The Novelog toolkit prototype was necessary to be further developed and to be integrated in a common operational platform with the other Novelog tools

“Evaluation” tool

This deliverable describes the tool that it includes two parts a theoretical which describes the multistakeholder multi criteria decision making framework which exploits the LCA impacts and other outputs for the WP modules b the tool and its manual of operation

NOVELOG Website and Portal Architecture

It describes the developed web platform which will serve as a project dissemination channel and the functional architecture of the portal enabling usage of the NOVELOG tools It will also include the design and specifications fo the NOVELOG portal which enables the usage of the NOVELOG tools
