Dissemination and Exploitation Plan

Dissemination and Exploitation Plan A live document that will provide the dissemination activities to take place once the project results are collected and technical activity complete and the exploitation strategy and plans specifying the intended use of project results by project beneficiaries and strategies for the long-term sustainability of project outputs. A range of dissemination materials (project flyers, posters, etc.) and press releases in different media and for the Cordis Press Office will be prepared. Project results will be presented at different events - ranging from more specialized to more general audience-oriented.

Activities Report Papers, brochures, newsletter and other material will be produced for the dissemination of the project’s results for the period up until M12.

Project Website and Public Networking

Project Website and Public Networking: A distinctive project website (www.facts4workers.eu) which will be the public face of the project and will provide news and documentation about the project and multimedia content. The webpage will be regularly updated with latest project contents. It will also have a private area to support project management and document repository. Presence in Internet communities (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) will be setup from the beginning of the project, and will be used to communicate project objectives and results and to receive feedback.

Activities Report (4)

Final Activities Report Papers, brochures, newsletter and other material will be produced for the dissemination of the project’s results for the period up until M48. This report is the final report and will include a comprehensive report on goals achieved and results obtained during the duration of the project.
