Deliverables
Cluster: Clean Factory (Leader, Sheffield, Partners CRF) Baseline (technology definition, advances beyond the SoA, stake holders and technology watch) Workshop with external experts for FoF priorities (expert nomination, execution and reporting) Increasing industrial exploitation and take-up (portal, demonstration, dissemination) Monitoring effectiveness and establishing continuation of cluster
The overall concept and approach will be exploited in relation to the project concept and objectives. FOCUS Concepts: • Current awareness and take up • Definitions of FoF priorities • Future cluster creation methodology • Future awareness and take-up Development of structure for the exploitation work and documentation CRF: Develop the approach for the four outcomes Delcam: Support the development of the approach All: Commit to approach (To be documented in the M12 Management report) FOCUS Objectives: Exploit objective 1 (disseminate tangible outcomes) Monitor and disseminate of important tangible results from all projects in the clusters Exploit objective 2 (inform stakeholders / via technology watch) Inform stakeholders involved of the results Exploit objective 3 (proven model & methodology on clustering) Disseminate and exploit the proven model and methodology for clustering activities Exploit objective 4 (proven model & methodology on industrial exploitation and take-up) Disseminate the proven model and methodology for industrial exploitation and take-up
Focus Roadmap, Summary Establishing continuation of clusters (Summary of task 1.1 to 1.5)
Cluster: Robotics (Leader, Padova, Partners, CRF, DELCAM) Baseline (technology definition, advances beyond the SoA, stake holders and technology watch) Workshop with external experts for FoF priorities (expert nomination, execution and reporting) Increasing industrial exploitation and take-up (portal, demonstration, dissemination) Monitoring effectiveness and establishing continuation of cluster
The IP policy to be developed does not have the goal to supersede the IP rules already developed around national and/or European initiatives for supporting collaborative R&D, but has the goal to develop new and complementary approaches in IPR, serving the objectives with a focus on rights and obligations for transfer and Take-ups of R&D results to external companies and other relevant organisations.
Cluster: ZDM (Leader, IDEKO, Partners NTNU, TECNALIA, Philips) Baseline (technology definition, advances beyond the SoA, stake holders and technology watch) Workshop with external experts for FoF priorities (expert nomination, execution and reporting) Increasing industrial exploitation and take-up (portal, demonstration, dissemination) Monitoring effectiveness and establishing continuation of cluster
Cluster: Hi-Micro (Leader, KU Leuven) Baseline (technology definition, advances beyond the SoA, stake holders and technology watch) Workshop with external experts for FoF priorities (expert nomination, execution and reporting) Increasing industrial exploitation and take-up (portal, demonstration, dissemination) Monitoring effectiveness and establishing continuation of cluster
Cluster: IWU, Baseline (technology definition, advances beyond the SoA, stake holders and technology watch) Workshop with external experts for FoF priorities (expert nomination, execution and reporting) Increasing industrial exploitation and take-up (portal, demonstration, dissemination) Monitoring effectiveness and establishing continuation of cluster
Review of WP1 T1.6 and T1.7 outcomes Definition of requirements of cluster Concept of cluster Breakdown of activities to form a cluster Description of methodology for clustering Outcome of the table top test of methodology of clustering
This task will be execute from the leader of Task 1.1 – T1.5 and give an analysis of synergies and benefits of clustering (what cluster activities have been undertaken, which cluster activities brought added values to the single projects, can cluster activities help exploitation of results after the end of the projects)
Separate from the use of external expertand as to be invited within the cluster specific activities like the workshop, an advisory board will be created to advice mid-term the FOCUS consortium on its effectiveness and obtained intermediate result. A specific summary report from work and reccomendation both from the advisory board and the extarnl experts will be available in the final of the projcet.
