Integration report and lesson learnt

This report will provide the evaluation of the federation performance against the requirement set in WP1. Based on evaluation done within task 4.2 and 4.3 it will extract the lessons learnt to drive the work in the 3rd year of the project.

Description of selected applications and experiments

This deliverable will present the detailed description of selected applications and services, thus presenting some results at both social and technical level, which serve as input for WP4 in order to evaluate the correct application development.

Final report

This deliverable contains the final publishable summary report covering results, conclusions and socio-economic impact of the project. In addition, the report contains the wider societal implications of the project, in the form of a questionnaire, including gender equality actions, ethical issues, efforts to involve other actors and to spread awareness, as well as the plan for the use and dissemination of foreground.

FESTIVAL impact monitoring and identified opportunities for future EU-JP collaboration

This deliverable will contain the first version of the future collaboration plan including the opportunities identified during the first 2 years of the project

Requirements validated and final architecture

This deliverable will include the final requirements and the final architecture for the federated testbeds which will be an extension of the first version based on the experimentation that will be done in the WP3.

Report of results derived from call for experimenters

This deliverable will present the final results of the external experiments using the EaaS platform, thus validating and assessing the capacity in terms of access and performance offered by this platform.

First architecture

This deliverable will include the initial reference architecture for the federated testbeds. The architecture will be modelled in compliance with existing reference architectures and be an explicit extension whenever possible. The document will serve as basis for development in WP2 and WP3.

Communication strategy and project website

This deliverable will provide a detailed communication strategy presenting the targeted audiences, the messages to be conveyed and the tools to be used and provide a detailed timeline. The deliverable will also describe the project relationships with the external communities. The deliverable will provide an overview of the project website and of the project first press release. This deliverable takes contribution from task 5.2

Analysis of existing testbeds and SW/HW components

This deliverable will identify and analyse existing testbeds in Europe and in Japan (including the testbeds of the partners) as well as any reusable hardware and software components that can be benefit for the project.

Experimentation as a Service business model analysis

This deliverable will provide an analysis of the EaaS business model and its potential markets and impact.

Project initial exploitation and open data management plan

This deliverable will identify existing exploitation opportunities for the project and the partners and provide a first analysis of the Experimentation as a Service business model. It will take contribution from task 5.1. Besides, it will provide an initial plan for open data management that will identify how the collected or generated research data will be handled during and after the project, respecting the guidelines provided by the European Commission.

Evaluation framework

The framework will contain the KPIs to be evaluated over the testbeds federation as well as the tools to measure them. It will include contributions from both tasks 4.2 and 4.3.

Experimentation use cases and requirements

This deliverable will contain the experimentation use cases and requirements collected for various domains involved in the project.

Baseline report of selected applications and experiments

This deliverable will include the basic functionalities and integration issues (with EaaS platform), for the applications/experiments to be developed associated to each of the three application domains.

Final impact report and future EU-JP collaboration plan

This deliverable will contain the final future collaboration plan between the European and Japanese partners and stakeholders.

Final report of selected applications and experiments

This deliverable will include additional tests and measurements in terms of a complete evaluation of KPIs, as well as identifying synergies among applications belonging to different domains.

Field trial end user involvement and personal data management

This deliverable will define guidelines for end user involvement and handling of privacy, data protection and ethics issues in experiments on the federated testbeds. These guidelines will help experimenter from both the consortium and external stakeholders to handle end user involvement accordingly. It will include a dedicated section on European and Japanese differences. The deliverable will also contain detailed data management plan for handling personal data in the project as well as updated informed consent and complaint procedures.

Description and report of call for experimenters

This report will indicate the content of the call for experimenters, including the methods, APis and interfaces offered to the user for accessing EaaS.

Final FESTIVAL performance and Users involvements report

This report will provide the final evaluation analysis of the FESTIVAL federation done within tasks 4.2 and 4.3. It will also provide the end users’ activities report, including description of the information and training materials provided to end users.

Integrated Reusable components for EaaS – First release

This deliverable will consist in the first release of the Reusable components instances including technical documentation

Integrated Reusable components for EaaS– Second release

This deliverable will consist in the final release of the Reusable components instances including technical documentation

Testbed baseline

First availability of the testbeds, all implementing existing enablers.

Open data guidelines and federated testbed policy

This deliverable will contain the state of art for open data sets available in testbeds and guidelines for new open data provisioning methodology including an interoperable data model. Part of this deliverable will be also the Federated Open Data Catalogue in which will be published all the open-data identified in the testbed accessible through standard interfaces. Besides, the deliverable will define guidelines and policy for testbed access. This deliverable will consist of a prototype and associated report.
