User Interaction and Verification Report - b

This report will include the results of T5.3 on verification and validation of the sites using the use cases, and so the reference cloud stacks and the Framework.

Dissemination Plan and Report - a

This document provides information about the project dissemination plans including the specification of the target dissemination groups, the publication policy, event planning and marketing. It also reports the dissemination activities that will take place throughout the project. It is an ongoing deliverable with subsequent updated versions to be produced in M18 and M30 based on the commercial needs of the consortium and the findings of Task 6.3.

Final Project Report

This final report will detail the outcome of the management activities undertaken in the context of WP1.

BEACON Framework - b

This Deliverable will be released at the beginning of each design of the development cycle with an incremental definition of use cases and requirements (T2.1), framework and architecture (T2.2) and verification suite (T2.3).

Exploitation Plan - a

The first preliminary exploitation plan (M14) is the first approach to define what should be done concerning the economic exploitation of the project results. Depending on the prominent business models analysis in T6.3, each partner will elaborate a statement of their interest in exploitation for the next project periods. The final exploitation plan (M30) will be the update of the preliminary one, with the renewal of economic data coming from market and partner’s intentions and progress of their planned actions.

Integration and Infrastructure Report - c

This report will include the results of T5.1 and T5.2 with information of the integration and support of the reference open-source stacks and its deployment in the reference cloud sites.

Project Website

This deliverable will contain the project website to comprise the main dissemination and exploitation channel for promoting and communicating the project and relevant activities and achievements. A fully functional and user friendly website will be designed and will serve as a major dissemination tool. It will also have a part to act as an active “blog of research”, where partners can put articles about intermediate results, events etc. The website will adhere to the general communication strategy. Periodically updates of the website, according to users’ evaluation session planned in dissemination will be carried out.
