This CSP may also include a financing plan if required. "

The dissemination strategy will develop a clear branding and dissemination strategy and plan for InnoCreate outlining in detail the objectives, target audiences, key messages and planned activities for the duration of the project.
The online financial resource centre will be developed providing creative industry SMEs with customised support material for their industry subsector and stage of development. The access to finance supports will build on the previous experiences of the partners.
International Market Access Support CentreThe International Market Access Support Centre will provide an online internationalisation resource centre for the creative industry sector. It will be developed providing creative industry SMEs with customised support material for their industry subsector and stage of development.
Online Networking Support CentreTh Online Networking Support Centre will aim to stimulate networking to overcome market fragmentation in the creative sector. Content and resources will be delivered through, for example, the: • CI SME Showcase • Connection centre • CI Networking Resource centre: details of relevant reports and documentation linked to networking in the creative industry sector will be provided e.g. ECIA report on Cross-Innovation • News/Events (communicated via social media in particular social media): Details of relevant networking events organised by partners or through other relevant projects e.g. ECB Network Creative Trade Missions or exchanges, partner events , Creative Cup etc.
Knowledge Resource CentreThe Knowledge Resource Centre will focus on stimulating the adoption and deployment of innovative ICT solutions by C&I SMEs through informing them about emerging ICT technologies and helping to connect SMEs with technology providers interested in deploying new technologies.
Basic InnoCreate Platform in placeThe InnoCreate concept is based on connecting creative SMEs with key ecosystems to support their growth. Rather than invest resources in establishing a new platform which will be unsustainable after the end of the project, WP3 plans to develop the InnoCreate Online Support Centre as an integral and sustainable part of the European Creative Business Network (ECB Network) and EBN web platforms.
This deliverable will map and rate existing support services available to C&I SMEs and innovative ICT SMEs operating in the CI sector in all EU countries at regional, national and European levels, with a particular focus on supports relevant to the InnoCreate service offering i.e. C&I SME supports in finance, networks, market access & knowledge. It will take into account mapping activities completed as part of ECIA activities, by other projects and the cluster observatory. Further information will be collected through online questionnaires completed by stakeholders in T1.1 as part of the engagement process. Rating of the services will be carried out by a panel of SMEs in each country who will be asked to rate the usefulness of the services they have experienced.
