CulturalBase visual identity

P7 will commission, in agreement and close cooperation with the other consortium partners, a professional designer specialized in the field of cultural cooperation to prepare a visual identity for CulturalBase. This will be done ensuring that the designer understands, and shares, the idea and objectives of the project. The assignement will be concluded through a restricted call for proposals and will include the design of the logo, PPT and Word templates, and flyer

Eight CulturalBase news alerts

In the course of the project’s duration, a news alert will be produced every three months. Each alert will include updates on the project’s implementation and outputs as well as information of general interest to the partners and stakeholders. The news alerts will be produced in English, Spanish and French.

CulturalBase website

The same process will be used to design the website, ensuring that the platform chosen through a benchmarking exercise is also adaptable to the ultimate needs of the project. The visual identity selected for CulturalBase will also be used for the website. The main website will be in English; private parts, needed to follow-up on on-going debates, will be eventually available in other languages (Spanish, French).

Preparatory materials for the stakeholders conference

The conference kit and a media package prepared for the conference will be made available through the website in English, Spanish and French. These materials will also be delivered as a whole to the EC.

Contributions to the stakeholders conference

E-publication of the most import contributions to the conference in order to shape future debates on reflective societies.

Data Management Plan

Regarding the dissemination (WP5) of the data generated by CulturaBase (mainly through the theoretical review outcomes and research agenda development, discussion summaries resulting from workshops and stakeholders conference) at month 6 will be submitted the Project Data Management Plan. The strategy for data management would be considered as an open process conditioned by the data development and the participant's interests in a broad sense. The web, will be a key element to made the data accesible and to stimulate the participants and interested persons feedback.

Synthetic review reports per axis

The second outcome will be submitted at month 7 as a result of the state of the art’s review within each axis. (20-30p each).

Represents the main outcome of the Workshop which will take place at Florence on month 21.

Synthetic summary of the debates at the stakeholder conference

This deliverable that will be submitted at month 14 is based on stakeholder’s contributions as well as derives from the Vision documents per thematic area.

Synthetic summary of the debates at the policy seminar

Is the principal outcome of the Workshop which will take place at Brussels on month 22. Both summaries are the result of the prior reflective exercise about knowledge gaps, fundamental issues of inquiry and Key policy issues carried out in the previous phases.

Synthetic summary of the debates at the first workshop This deliverable will emerge from the dialogue and contributions of a selected group of stakeholders from the Research Network, the Practitioners and Policy Stakeholders and the Advisory Board in the Workshop helded in Paris at month 6.

Synthetic vision documents per axis

These documents will develop overviews on all the TA discussed from the perspective of each of the articulating axes while identifying social challenges and opportunities linked also to each of them that are beyond the targeted TA.

Vision documents per thematic area

Vision documents per thematic area (M11) This deliverable is the result of a deeper review level focused on each one of the 12 TA of the Project. The main CulturalBase 30 objective of its development is finding research gaps and building theoretical perspectives. This document will be submitted on month 11 and its elaboration involves the participation of the six partners, but also the Advisory Boards and other participant’s feedback. The Deliverable 2.1 is a key debate tool for the stakeholder’s conference.

Four policy briefs

Four synthetic policy briefs (2-8 pages each) will be produced, one at month 6, which would be a first introduction to the theme, a second and a third ones at months 12 and 18, and a final one at month 24.
