Report on frameworks for assessment – interim report First version of the new framework for assessment of local and regional energy efficiency initiatives Guidelines for an energy efficiency strategy papers The “Guidelines for an energy efficiency strategy papers” will be produced including recommendations about rules and criteria to feed the development of energy efficiency strategies, policies and programmes at all governance levels.
