EU Capabilities for Conflict Prevention and Peacebuilding: A Capabilities-Based Assessment

This report contains the conceptual framework for the assessment of EU capabilities for conflict prevention and peacebuilding (a Capabilities-Based Assessment or CBA). It will also provide some methodological pointers for the operationalisation of this project.
