Game based training platform for Law Enforcement Officers Final Release

This deliverable is the final release of the game based training platform developed to train Law Enforcement Officers and the associated technical documentation and user manual, integrating the feedback of the training sessions.

Following the feedback iteration from trials, an updated version of the prototype is foreseen.

Game based training platform for Citizens Final Release

This deliverable is the final release of the game based training platform developed to train citizens and the associated technical documentation and user manual, integrating the feedback of the training sessions.

Report on citizen oriented gaming events

This deliverable reports on the first set of gaming events organised in the context of the project, providing all details about the type of events, details on their organisation and the awareness level reached. The first set of events exploits the prototype delivered by D5.14.

Serious gaming training sessions report Update

This deliverable provides the report about the second set of training sessions of LEAs and Citizens. The second set of training sessions is based on the updated serious gaming tools delivered by D5.14 and D5.16.

Dissemination report Update 2

The deliverable will consist of a collection of all related dissemination material for TRILLION results to be used in order to reach all interest stakeholders and the general public, as well as a report on the dissemination implementation activities. Dissemination material will include: • A standard high level flyer and poster for use in conferences and meetings that the project will participate in. • Newsletters, as described in section 2.2.2 • Other printed materials (project deliverables, relevant articles, publications) produced during the project and handed out at workshops, conferences, exhibitions and seminars.

TRILLION scenarios and system specification

This deliverable will refine the TRILLION scenarios and provide the final version taking into account the ethical, legal, usability requirements (D2.2, D2.3 and D2.5). Furthermore the deliverable will analyse functional and non-functional requirements reported in D2.4 in order to define the TRILLION system specifications according to UML standards, providing input for the definition of TRILLION platform architecture to be defined in WP3

Detailed planning of citizen oriented gaming events

This deliverable will consist of the specification of all the details needed to organize the gaming training and awareness events in the target locations

Toolset user manuals and installation requirements

This deliverable will be a user manual presented in a step-by-step approach, including user’s guide in the form of rich media (image based user guides, videos on application use) for all the Tools developed within WP5, except the game based training platform.

Serious gaming training sessions report

This deliverable provides feedback about the first set of training sessions of LEAs and Citizens. The first set of training sessions is based on the serious gaming tools delivered by D5.1 and D.5.15.

Report on final assessment and best practices from all TRILLION trials and validation actions

The report will contain individual assessments of each trial, and an overview chapter combining themes from all into umbrella recommendations across all the trials. It will highlight any differences observed within trials that are thought to be due to cultural differences of the local user populations and make suggestions as to how this might be overcome to ensure the international platform appeals to users in all EU member states.

Report on Best Practices on Community Policing

This deliverable will comprise a report on the research study on community policing practices in Europe and abroad, according to the directives identified in T2.2.

TRILLION use cases and scenarios

This deliverable lists the use cases and scenarios to be used in TRILLION as a basis for requirements and validation. Two versions are delivered, D2.6 at M6 for an early input to the activities, whilst the update (2.9) at M12 is used to refine or evolve the use cases based on the ethical, legal, usability requirements (D2.2, D2.3 and D2.4).

The first issue (D2.1) report details the approach to the creation and management of the user community in terms of selection criteria, proposed activities and opening beyond the TRILLION users. The two reports at M18 and M36 report on the activities of the user community, focusing on the networking aspects of the user community, including incentives to encourage participation to mock-ups and trials. This deliverable has three updates on M6, M18, M36.

Video and public report

This deliverable is delivered in 2 parts: 1) a final online video released at the end of TRILLION to support the future of TRILLION, ensure that TRILLION remains visible beyond the end of the project and paves the way to further extension and exploitation and 2) a public report that presents TRILLION, details the key compliance issues building on the results of D1.3 at ethical, legal, privacy and usability and the extension capability and system architecture building on D3.7).

Public Web Site

This deliverable will provide the TRILLION web site, which will have three distinct purposes: 1. To provide a public area with information and results relating to the project and its activities for interested parties. 2. To be used as a means to collect information through online surveys and discussion Forums. 3. To create an interactive online space for the users community The web site will be designed and maintained by RUSI in cooperation with project partners. The public Web site will link to the internal project management online tool provided by ENG under WP1.
