TRANSFER OF DETENTE INSTANTANEE CONTROLEE "DIC" TO THE AGRO-FOOD AND PHARMACEUTICAL SECTOR

Objective

This project plans to realise the transfer of DIC (fast drying) technology to the food and pharmaceutical industries toward a semi- industrial scale installation permitting a "scaling up" of the processes, new products and equipment so as to. - produce new DIC products in sufficient quantity for market studies and uses - ensure technical support to SME wanting to use the technology. - Minimise the technological and economical risks specific to this emerging technology.
