Gaps in the European Conservation network

Gaps in the conservation network identified according to the identified refugia. Results feed into WP5.

The list will be made of genes belonging to networks and pathways involved in forest tree adaptation e.g. phenology, drought stress.

GenTree dissemination and knowledge transfer plan

A strategic document highlighting the steps implemented and tools developed in order to support the dissemination of the projects’ results and knowledge transfer activities.

Leaf samples from pairs of populations in contrasted environments in ten countries

In total 3500 samples (7 species * 20 populations (10 population-pairs) * 25 individuals).
