Final Report The final report will summarise the entire project in both the scientific and financial aspects. 2nd Benchmarking and stress test report This deliverable will comprise a comprehensive benchmarking and stress testing plan and results of the operations between M16 (when the dynamic scaleout implementation is deployed) and M21. Key figures of attained audience This deliverable report the measurable figures achieved by the project as the communication to the public, which include number of active users in the framework, usage of learning materials developed in the framework, mentions in media, size and activity of social media (followers, retweets, etc.). A qualitative summary of results and lessons learned within the work-package. It will also pay particular attention to how to monitor and measure the impact of marketing materials. Real-world and online community engagement plan This deliverable will be based on a study of which ‘real world’ activities (meet-ups, focus groups, hackathons, etc.) and social media channels (mailing lists, wikis, blogs, etc.) will be strategically targeted by the project, and will plan a series of consortium-organized events. A plan will be put in place for feedback-solicitation and continued engagement. In particular it will propose how impact related to those channels will be monitored throughout the project’s timeline. SlideWiki SEO plans In this deliverable we will implement appropriate strategies such as integrating embedded and structured metadata into SlideWiki pages as well as using smart URLs to increase the visibility of SlideWiki content among popular search engines. Initial report of SlideWiki quality in use This is a report summarising the results for the quality in use evaluation of the SlideWiki user interfaces at the beginning of the project. The results will guide future improvements in the user interface as well as the development of the optimizations for ubiquitous devices and accessibility improvements. Privacy and data security report This report will describe how SlideWiki implements all relevant privacy and data security regulations and best-practices. First stable version of SlideWiki usable, accessible and ubiquitous user interface In this deliverable, a first stable version of SlideWiki UIs is deployed. The interfaces are usable, as a result of implementing quality in use improvements, and optimized to fit well with the widely-used ubiquitous devices such a Tablets, Smartphones and TVs. Moreover, the interface satisfies the basic accessibility requirements. Interactive Learning Analytics This deliverable will provide the module for interactive visual analysis of usage statistics. Interactive adaptive widgets Set of interactive widgets adapted to user needs. SlideWiki mirroring and update propagation We will implement an update propagation strategy, which allows interested organizations to host their own SlideWiki mirrors. Feedback management for SlideWiki In this deliverable we will create mechanisms to collect, measure and present user feedbacks from usage platforms. SlideWiki recommender module Recommender system to propose related content to users when authoring a new OpenCourseWare. SlideWiki import/export module Deployment of modules for ingestion and exposure of learning material from/to PowerPoint, OpenOffice and PDF. SlideWiki real-time authoring module Module for supporting synchronized real-time collaboration. SlideWiki learning analytics In this deliverable, we will implement modules for measurement, collection, analysis and reporting of data about learners and their contexts. The results will be used for purposes of understanding and optimizing user learning, as well as awarding them to increase the motivation. SlideWiki enrichment module SlideWiki component for semi-automatic semantic enrichment of content using NLP and semantic enrichment tools. SlideWiki diff/merge module Deployment of algorithms for comparing different content revisions. 2nd SlideWiki diff/merge module Extension of algorithms for automatic merging conflict resolution. SlideWiki user profiling module Methods for modeling user behaviour considering user background and contribution. Other (3) Initial multi-platform learning resources integration This deliverable will contain adapters for an initial set of platforms and an initial set of learning resources delivered via MOOCs, LMSs, eBooks and social networks. In this deliverable, we will address a subset of the platforms (i.e. one MOOC, one LMS, one social network). Final multi-platform learning resource integration The finalised learning resources developed with the use of SlideWiki and delivered via MOOCs, LMSs, eBooks and social networks will be included in this deliverable. It will describe the complete integration approach targeting all systems required by the SlideWiki pilot trial partners and thus include adapters to both MOC platforms FutureLearn and OpenCast, support for at least the three LMS Moodle, ILIAS and OLAT as well as support for the integration with several social networks. Revised multi-platform learning resource integration This deliverable will offer the multi-platform learning resources that have been revised based on the feedback received from the project pilots. We will increase the depth and breadth of the integration adapters and support a larger subset of the potential target platforms. Open Research Data Pilot (1) Data Management Plan Data Management Plan for the data generated by Slidewiki platform. This plan will include the suitable applicable licenses (such as ODBL), anonymization of personal data, possibility and suitability for reuse, and the long term management of the data resources in compliance with the LOD lifecycle and best practices. This plan will be updated at every milestone cycle. Websites, patent fillings, videos etc. (1) Website The project website will provide project overviews and highlights; guides, tutorials and best practices of using the framework; up-to-date information on intermediate and final project results, including public reports and publications as well as synthesis reports drawn from selected confidential material; project events, including e.g. factsheets, focus groups meetings, webinars, conferences and workshops; links to selected courses (being) developed within the framework; contact details, etc. The website will be cross-linked from/to other relevant EC and EC sponsored sites.
