Elderly-friendly City services for active and healthy ageing

Deliverables

Report about dissemination actions and achievements

This deliverable describes all the actions for dissemination conducted during the course of the project

Requirements and functional specification of the “intervention” system, v2, second iteration

A report describing (i) the needs from the Clinicians, the Psycologists and the Test Beds, (ii) the functional architecture of the ICT toolkit, (iii) the evaluation methodology.

MCI/Frailty related behaviours models, v2 (M21)

A report describing the behaviour scenarios of elderly people, the dynamics of behaviour changes, the models for “persuasive” interventions. V2, second iteration.

Ethics Report, v3, final

"This Deliverable will report on the tasks performed by the Ethics Panel as described under WP1 description. The first version, at month 10, will report on the ""initial study of the ethical implications of the project"" and any additional action plans established, it will contain copies of ethical approvals for the collection of personal data by the competent authorities. It will be updated at the end of year2 (second review) and at the end of the project."

MCI/Frailty related behaviours models, v3, final, (M31)

A report describing the behaviour scenarios of elderly people, the dynamics of behaviour changes, the models for “persuasive” interventions. V3, final iteration.

City4Age frailty and MCI risk model, v3 final (M36)

Starting from the needs and unmet needs of the elderly population represented by the 6 Test Beds, this task will define a model of risks for frailty and MCI that will be the basic scientific rationale for the City4Age approach and the guidance in designing the approach to the problem and the interventions. It will consider several dimensions: including social, physical, mental. It will put together both the contributions from the geriatric science and the evidence coming from the organisations involved in the care process. This task will also consider the advances made in EIP AHA, in particular by the “commitments” involved in action A3 (Frailty) in understanding the various dimensions of the problem and the evidence gathered so far. V3, final iteration.

Privacy and identity protection, v2.

This report will highlight the design choices and the adopted technologies concerning the privacy and identity protection issues affecting the data capturing architecture. V2, second iteration.

Project logo, leaflets and posters

The project visual identity and dissemination material presenting City4Age project information, through the following: (i) City4Age logo, (ii) Project leaflet(s), (iii) Project poster(s)

Specification of privacy mechanisms for data models and repositories, v2, second iteration

This report will analyse the different mechanisms available to preserve privacy within the Linked Data domain, and will select those ones that best adapt to the needs of the project. Its outcome will influence D4.1 giving place to a new version of such deliverable.

Communication handbook

A document which presents the communication strategy. It will describe which messages will be communicated through which channels to which target groups and outlining impact measurement tools.

Requirements and functional specification of the “intervention” system, v1, first iteration

A report describing (i) the needs from the Clinicians, the Psycologists and the Test Beds, (ii) the functional architecture of the ICT toolkit, (iii) the evaluation methodology.

D3.15 Privacy and identity protection: requirements and implementation

This report will highlight the latest version of the design choices and the adopted technologies concerning the privacy and identity protection issues affecting the data capturing architecture, including the necessary technical specifications and requirements and the mechanisms available to preserve privacy within the Linked Data domain.

A report describing the behaviour scenarios of elderly people, the dynamics of behaviour changes, the models for “persuasive” interventions. V1, first iteration.

Ethics Report v2

"This Deliverable will report on the tasks performed by the Ethics Panel as described under WP1 description. The first version, at month 10, will report on the ""initial study of the ethical implications of the project"" and any additional action plans established, it will contain copies of ethical approvals for the collection of personal data by the competent authorities. It will be updated at the end of year2 (second review) and at the end of the project."

City4Age frailty and MCI risk model, v2 (M21)
