Repository of training materials

This deliverable will be electronic including in different files and in an appropriate format all the presentations, studies and tools identified in task 2.1 with regards to the integration of energy planning decisions to spatial planning.

Repository of Case Studies

This deliverable will be electronic including in different files and in an appropriate format all the case studies identified in task 2.2 related to projects integrating energy to spatial planning.

INTENSSS-PA Web-Based Information Platform

This deliverable will be the web-based platform.

INTENSSS-PA Brochures (1)

As mentioned already (pls referred to 2.2) a brochure will be developed on the 13th month of the project (M13). This brochure will be available in English and in all consortium languages. On the 24th months (M24) a brochure on the national language of each region focused on the respective RLLs (i.e. seven different brochures) will be developed. This will form a meaningful dissemination tool for the exploitation and enhancement of the INTENSSS-PA concept beyond the completion of the project. For similar purposes a brochure on the overall project outcomes and results will be developed in English in order to act as a central dissemination material on final event and beyond the project duration on month 28th (M28).

This deliverable will be a user-friendly database the content of which will be the case studies, training material provided by WP2 and WP4.

INTENSSS-PA Final Integrated Sustainable Energy Planning Concept

The final integrated sustainable energy planning concept as derived by the overall implementation of the four iterative steps of FormIT method will be presented along with suggestions on the application approach/institutional framework required for its successful implementation.

INTENSSS-PA RLLs Experimentation Phase Remarks

This report will provide comments and remarks on the implementation of the experimentation step within each RLL.

Clustering of Regions and Local Communities on Integrated Energy-Spatial Planning Capacity

This deliverable will describe the approach implemented and the outcome of clustering process within the case studies identified in task 2.1.

Proceedings of INTENSSS-PA European Final Event

This deliverable will include the presentations, the agenda and the minutes of the discussions made within the final project event. The event will take place on the 29th months and its proceeding will be available at the project closure.

INTENSSS-PA Integrated Sustainable Energy Planning Concept Evaluation

This report will present the results of the overall evaluation process conducted on the integrated sustainable energy planning concept within the seven RLLs.

INTENSSS-PA Identity

This report will provide the guidelines on the project external image. It will provide the project logo, the project message, the design of the project poster, leaflets and infographics, as well as the outline of reports cover pages and templates. The report will have an initial issue on the third month of the project (M3) and will be re-issued at the end of the project (M30).

Integrated Sustainable Energy Plans of INTENSSS-PA Participating Regional Areas – Karditsa, Calabria, Ponurje, Castilla y Leon, Triangle, Zemgale and Groningen

This report will present the integrated energy plan developed based on the planning concept developed within INTENSSS-PA RLL in Karditsa Regional Unit, Calabria Region, Pomurje Statistical region, Castilla y Leon Region, Triangle Region, Zemgale Region and Groningen Regional Area.

INTENSSS-PA Information Platform Operation’s Conclusions & Statistics

This deliverable will focus on conclusions derived from the operation, management and maintenance of the information platform.

INTENSSS-PA Roadshow Events: Minutes & Outcomes

This deliverable will provide an overview of the fourteen replication events that will take place within the project. The minutes and the attendants list of each event will be annexed to this deliverable.

Policy Makers Survey Analysis & Conclusions

This deliverable will provide the methodological approach and required methodological instrument (i.e. questionnaire) developed for conducting and analysed the interviews with policy makers. The identity of the interviewees and the rational upon which they have been selected and of course the analysis and synthesis of the interviews on national and EU level.

INTENSSS-PA Integrated Sustainable Energy Planning Concept Design

This report will describe and compare the alternative integrated sustainable energy planning concepts and planning approaches derived through the works of the five RLLs.

Synopsis of Learning Session on Sustainable and Area Based Energy Landscapes' Conditions in INTENSSS-PA Participating Regional Areas – Karditsa, Calabria, Ponurje, Castilla y Leon, Triangle, Zemgale and Groningen

The report will provide remarks and findings of the overall learning process performed in Karditsa’s RLL, Calabria's RLL, Pomurje's RLL, Castilla yLeon's RLL, Triangle's RLL, Zemgale's RLL, Groningen's RLL.

Integrating Energy Planning to Spatial & Socioeconomic Landscapes: A Roadmap for Take Up

This deliverable presents the overall synthesis of the work performed within INTENSSS-PA in order to assess the capacity and identify the required actions for the conceptual model of integrating energy planning into spatial planning and socio-economic landscape, to become a well tested structured decision making process ready to be integrated into policies and institutions of the Member States.
