The knowledge exchange activities carried out in task 2.2 will be described and their impact assessed in a interim report. On the basis of this interim report the GB will decide which activities will have priority in the next phase.
In order to promote the implementation of the decision of the Governing Board (month 12) on a ranking of the activities of the Action Programme to be realized over the next three years, a guidance is developed. The guidance, which provides practical tips and tricks, is to be used by the member states that lead these activities.
At the end of the 3d year the roadmap of deliverable 2.1 will be updated according to the state of play at that time. This updated roadmap will include a clear and detailed indication of topics and modalities of implementation of the joint call(s) to be launched.

A final overview of the status of the priority activities of the action programme, as decided upon by the Governing Board, will be collected by the task leader of 2.3 based on input by the various countries leading the activities as decided by the GB.
Halfway the first year the GB will decide on a plan of activities of knowledge exchange with heritage practitioners and decide which activities will be undertaken in the next phase.
The report will revise and upgrade within Task 3.1 the first JHEP D5.2 set of indicators, by selecting a reasonable number of additional key performance indicators for monitoring the alignment process, both at common research programmes and common research activities levels.
The Report will explore the different models for transforming the Heritage Portal in a Knowledge Hub

Report on Action Programme activities to be implemented on the basis of the Governing Board decision (month 12). The report details the activities that will be realized (3 per year) including the responsible country leading it.
The strategy will summarize the outputs received from each Partner on alignment of common research programmes and common research activities 2017-2018, both at single Member State and Associated Countries levels and at JPICH level. Some targets to be achieved will be defined. In addition the update of the website will be performed including the activities addressed within JHEP2.
The Report will include the schema produced by the Participants summarising the state of the art of national programmes on Cultural Heritage in terms of national research organization, research topics and instruments. It will identify advances in terms of alignment since the start of the JPI-CH, with respect to the national research area assessed within the framework of Net-Heritage.
Within Task 3.1 The Report will summarize the outputs received from each Partner on alignment of common research programmes and common research activities at month 24, both at single Member State and Associated Countries levels and at JPICH level.
The technical and administrative report of the first 36-month period will be focused on the consortium activities in the 4 WPs in which the JHEP2 project is structured to be submitted to the EC review foreseen on months 36.
A synthetic and outlook report pointing out undertaken actions in the following 24 months after the workshop. This report will demonstrate the contribution of such engagements and their impact on the effective and proactive integration of research activities on cultural heritage of the Participants.
The Report on impact of cultural heritage studies will be based on social, economic and environmental benefit.
The Report will conduct within Task 3.2 a final evaluation of JPICH alignment process, both in terms of common activities than in joint programming, by using the selected outputs of the JHEP D5.2 indicators and new KPIs applied to the period covered by the project. It will evaluate the level of alignment of common research programmes and activities, provide recommendations for implementation of future JPICH activities, and critically assess the efficiency of KPIs applied to this period.
A synthetic report drawing on the workshop contents and major conclusions. This report will summarize the outputs of strategic dialogue initiatives within the Agencies/Ministries involved in cultural heritage research, at national level and by the JPICH partnership as a whole. RPF (Cyprus) will co-lead T1.3 and the development of the related deliverables.
At the end of the first year the GB will decide on the thematic scope of possible calls in variable geometry and will establish a roadmap for consecutive calls

Report describing best practices in research and coordination for joint programming activities on national as well as transnational level that enable upgrading future Cultural heritage research area. This report will offer strategies to foster alignment to the JPICH, through the SRA.
