Objective

This project is aimed at quantifying the effects of abrasion/corrosion with the intention of creating a model which will allow preventive measures to be defined. In so doing, the work carried out during project 7210-KB/210 will be continued and extended. The work will examine the influence of alloying elements and the interaction between particle impact and the passive film.
