Final conference involving all non-academic partners where the final results will be central

Recruitment of ESRs

ESRs will be selected by following the selection procedure

Needs analysis

Carrying out a needs analysis for the training components; drafting of methodology to be followed by the individual training components; final planning of training

Creation of dissemination and outreach strategy

Strategy will be drafted that incorporates all different dissemination and outreach activities

Presentations and publications about project at academic, professional and education-related fora

Presentations on project, research results and development of joint doctroal degree structures at academic and professional events and research and teachers' fora. This is an ongoing process. The publications will be disseminated at a later stage, beginning with PM 28.

Website and corporate image

Setting up the project website and establishing of the project corporate image that will be used in all the events and materials

Programme booklet and PowerPoint presentations

Creation of a programme booklet and a PP presentation that will be used by the network for dissemination purposes

Leaflets on individual research projects

Production (update) of leaflets presenting individual research projects. Update in PM 30 and 42.

Project presence on social media

Creation of project's pages in social networks (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn); ongoing update

Release of videos for general public on website and social networks

Recording and release on the website and social networks (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and Vimeo) of videos for the general public on the research projects and their results

Marie Sklodowska-Curie Ambassadors

Performance of visitis to local educational establishments by doctoral candidates as MC ambassadors. Another visit will occur in PM 40.

Newsletter

Half-yearly online newsletters will be created and distributed via the dissemination channels of all partners and partner institutions

Establishment of an open-access paper series

Signature of individual doctoral candidate agreements

Individual doctoral candidate agreements will be signed by each ESR and Beneficiaries involved

Compilation schedules of IP modules

UM will compile the Beneficiaries' courses and events which will be open for the ESRs to attend. These courses will be complied at the beginning of each semester. This deliverable therefore reoccurs PM 12, 19, 24, 31, 36

Overall assessment of the research and training of the components of the project.

Feedback forms will be drafted that will be used for each training activity

Work package plans

This scientific deliverable is applicable to all scientific work packages (2 - 5). The Lead Beneficiaries are therefore all institutions heading these substantive work packages (UNISTRA, UA, UAU, QMUL). One common work package plan will be produced.
