Objective
Increase possibility of face length and therefore of face production, decrease roadways driving costs, reduction of installation failures and production downtimes by use of a computer assisted load balancing system of the drive motors of the conveyor and plough face installation. The system will provide for a permanent availability of the entire installed power and prevent an overloading of the motors :
- conception of computerised program will require
- the development of highly accurate sensors
- the development of hydraulic components like proportional valves
