Deliverables

Capacity development strategies for ITS stakeholders (opens in new window)

The deliverable describes capacity development strategies for stakeholders having substantial roles in ITS deployment.

Assessment of level of awareness and demand for ITS (C-ITS) technologies (opens in new window)

D4.3 intends to provide an exhaustive explanation of the level of awareness of the ITS deployment solutions, results of the training programme and of demo/showcase events to understand the level of awareness and knowledge of ITS and C-ITS in the different clusters.

Communication plan and yearly reporting on impact of communication activities (opens in new window)

It describes the communication plan reporting every year the impact of the communication activities

Capacity needs and knowledge gaps of ITS stakeholders group and case studies collection (opens in new window)

The deliverable will identify the needs and requirements for establishing the capacity collaborative building of the ITS communities It intends also to provide a set of case studies and business models that will feed the handbook and also the analysis in WP3.

ITS deployment programme framework (opens in new window)

This deliverable describes the common framework for the ITS deployment programme targeting transport institutions, decision makers and technicians. The deliverable includes also the indicators to be used to monitor the progress of the CAPITAL ITS deployment programme.

Lessons learned of training programmes (opens in new window)

The deliverable will gathered the feedback and lessons learnt collected from online and training programme in the 5 clusters.

Strategy plan to engage stakeholders in the ITS communities (opens in new window)

Based on the information gathered in D2.1 in the first quarter, a local authority will define the plan needed for attracting relevant stakeholders by acknowledging first the existing communities with the objective to expand the network and engage additional stakeholders for building the CAPITAL communities.

Challenges of the capacity building communities implementation (opens in new window)

Through D4.2 CAPITAL will a draft version deliver a set of barriers encountered when implementing the ITS deployment programme and possibly providing a solution for each obstacle faced.

Final report (opens in new window)

The final report has the ambition to summarise the work performed by the Consortium members and the interaction with any external stakeholders for the benefits of ITS.

Exploitation plan of CAPITAL programme (opens in new window)

The report will discuss exploitation plans for the CAPITAL project programme. A draft report is going to be delivered M18 and a final one M36

ITS knowledge database (opens in new window)

The database summarises the information available on the impacts of cooperative ITS applications. The deliverable includes study modules for ITS deployment. The study modules include educational and information materials for trainers and trainees, addressing three levels of participants (transport institutions, decision makers and technicians). The materials will be published on partner web sites.

Online training platform (opens in new window)

The online training platform will be delivered with all the functionalities of the modules, helpdesk, handbook, webcasts, online forum

D5.5 Project dissemination material (opens in new window)

Creation of leaflet, poster, template presentation, roll up

Project website (opens in new window)

The project website is the official interface that gathers all information about CAPITAL, platform, facts and figures as well as news, press release, events and Consortium data.
