Results and conclusions PCP Phase 2

Report using the standard PCP template on the results and conclusions of Phase 2.

MARINE-EO Website

Website development, update and maintenance as the main promotional tool both during and after the project.

Procurement dossier

Set of administrative documents necessary to execute the procurement stage including the contract notice, invitation to tender, a report on the outcome of the preparation phase of the procurement (e.g. the open market consultation) and their impact on the call for tender, from each beneficiary participating in the joint procurement, a formal and duly signed commitment on availability of the financial commitments to finance the PCP (using the template in Annex 11 of the PCP Model Grant Agreement).

Final Communication and Dissemination Activities report

The final report of the communication and dissemination activities of the project.

PCP Stage 2 Intermediate evaluation report

Technical evaluation report by the buyers group of the results achieved by each participating tenderer in PCP Stage 2 (Prototype).

Contract implementation dossier

Set of administrative documents necessary to execute the contract implementation stage.

Contractor details and project abstracts

Report using the PCP template on each contractor that was awarded a PCP Phase 3 contract.

Tender proposals evaluation report

Set of documents originated by the procurement (i.e. information on the total number of bids received, data on the winning tenderer(s) and abstracts of the winning tenders for publication and evaluation purposes, information on the evaluation of tenders: the final ranking list of the selected projects, final scores and qualitative assessment per evaluation criterion for each received bid, minutes of the evaluation meeting).

Results and conclusions PCP end of project

Report using the PCP template on the results and conclusions for the end of the PCP.

Open Market Consultation report

A comprehensive report that summarizes the results of the open market consultation of the “industry day” that will be organized to collect insights on industry expectations and skills.

Copy of Contract award notice

Copy of the 'contract award notice' (drawn up in accordance with Annex 10) which is published by the lead procurer in the Official Journal of the EU within 48 days after the conclusion of the framework agreements.

PCP Stage 1 Intermediate evaluation report

Technical evaluation report by the buyers group of the results achieved by each participating tenderer in PCP Stage 1 (Design).

Communication and Dissemination Plan

The strategy and the plan of project communication and dissemination.

Solutions demonstration

Demonstration to the Commission and the end users of the test products resulting from the procured R&D services.
