Validation trial dossier

D.4.1. Validation trial dossier (M-7): A complete dossier with the design of the validation trials, including the protocols, methodology, timing, data management and regulatory issues. The dossier will also include the description of the validation trials performed and how difficulties have been overcome.

Gender equality plan

Report describing the strategy followed to ensure that there will not be any gender gap during the execution of the project at any stage: design of the contents, election of students to perform trials and number of women in technical and management task during the execution of the project.

Dissemination and communication plan

Report describing the dissemination and communication activities carried out during the project and planned for the first 2 years.

Prototype user guide

Guidelines for the correct use and services offered by the platform for all stakeholders (students, parents, teachers and policymakers) to obtain the required math and cognitive achievement. It will include a guide of the mathematical content as well as information about which cognitive skills are trained by playing the adaptable games.

Translation of the platform

Final platform translated to three languages: English, French and German. This will include a report describing the methodology used as well as the companies subcontracted to perform the task.

Project website

Development of a website about the non-confidential contents of the proposal which will be updated during the project execution.
